Ask your academy first for these
Your academy manages its own records in Sportinzo, so it can fix these faster than we can:
- You cannot sign in, or your phone number or email address has changed.
- You do not know your academy's code.
- A fee, receipt, refund, schedule or attendance record looks wrong.
- Something about your child's record needs correcting.
Contact us for these
- The app will not open, crashes, or shows an error.
- You are not receiving one-time codes or notifications.
- You want to report a security or privacy concern.
- Your academy is not responding to a request about your data.
When you write, tell us your academy's name, the phone you use (iPhone or Android) and what you were doing when the problem happened. Never send us your password or a one-time code.
